Club polo shirts have been delivered to all but 1 member as of January 12th and payments for all shirts have been deposited.
Per Wendell Salas, Rocky Mountain Mustang Roundup registration began at 12 am January 1st  and signups have been brisk with 200 entries so far and all the Autocross entries reserved.

New Business

There was a discussion about possible club activities for 2019 with the following list representing some of the most likely events to be pursued.  Except for January, times and dates will be determined closer to the events based on club input and site availability.
January 26 - 9:30 am Breakfast, Red Rooster Café followed by Hammond’s Candies Factory Tour
February – K-1 Speed Go Karting in Highlands Ranch
March – Visit to the Shelby Collection Facility near Boulder
April – Erie, CO Spirit of Flight Center Air Museum
May – Rio Grande Mustang Club Show, Albuquerque, NM
June – Rocky Mountain Mustang Roundup, Steamboat Springs, CO
July – Rambler Ranch AMC Car Collection, Elizabeth, CO
September – St. Jude Car Show, Landmark Lincoln, Littleton, CO
October – FRMC Chili Feed
December – FRMC Holiday Party
In addition, former member Dan Ryal has issued an offer to host a club event sometime in the summer or fall.
The club will change its monthly meeting day from Saturday morning to Friday evening starting with the April 12th meeting to better accommodate summer schedules.
The club agreed to change the password for the members only section of the FRMC website to 20frmc19 effective immediately.  This will also allow all members to view monthly meeting minutes without needing a special password.

Treasurer's Report

The club had $1,878.57 in the checking account with Vectra Bank as of the meeting date.

The $350 Holiday Donation the club members made by personal checks to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital was received and cashed in the first week of the new year.  Tom Ferguson sent the checks by U.S. Mail to St. Jude using an address provided by the hospital in a solicitation mailing.  Also, Mr. Ferguson, on instructions from Tom Kay, made a payment for FRMC’s 2019 membership in the Colorado Classic Car Council for $134 on December 29th.

MCA Report

Mr. Standiford pointed out that the latest issue of Mustang Times describes the October Dallas MCA Judges Seminar and the recommendations that were presented to and approved by the MCA Board of Directors for modifying the judging classes and updating certification requirements to be an MCA judge.  Mr. Standiford also noted that 3 National Club shows are all within driving distance of Colorado and it would be nice to have our club represented at one or more of these shows in 2019.  The Topeka, Kansas show on July 18-20 would be the closest.
