FRMC Meeting Minutes
Meeting Date and Location
The Friday, April 8th meeting was called to order by President Larry Standiford at approximately 7pm at the pre-owned vehicle sales office of Landmark Lincoln (5000 S Broadway in Englewood). The meeting facilities were nice and the Landmark personnel were very welcoming. The meeting lasted about 45 minutes after which several members moved down the street to eat at The Black Eyed Pea.

The Club has 24 paid family memberships so far for 2022.
The Club will continue its Tri-Power Tour of local car collections with a visit to the Rodz and Bodz Movie Car Museum (14500 W Colfax Ave, Lakewood 80401) on Saturday, April 23, meeting at the venue at 10am. If you missed our first tour event last month at the Vehicle Vault, you can purchase tickets at Rodz and Bodz for all three venues on the tour.
Wendell Salas reported on the upcoming Rocky Mountain Roundup and said that progress is being made to add food trucks to serve breakfast at the host hotel, The Alta, each morning and secure craft vendors to add to the Saturday Show ‘n Shine.
There was additional discussion on the upcoming Rio Grande Mustang Club MCA regional show they are planning for Memorial Day weekend (May 28 & 29) in Albuquerque, New Mexico (see Tom Ferguson’s December 20th email on this or the event flyer on our website in the Bullitt-N Board section). The Club wants to organize a caravan down south for this and the initial plan is for participating members to meet Saturday morning (the 28th) at Rosie’s Diner off I-25 in Monument to start the drive. Chuck Warren and Larry Standiford are the primary organizers for this.
This coming Friday (April 16th) is the Early Mustang Club Scenic Mountain Drive starting at Boss Auto Designs in Wheatridge at 11am and concluding e at the El Rancho Brewing Company in Evergreen around 1:30pm. A lot of us have signed up for the drive, but if you missed the chance, you can contact Michael Bateman (MJBateman1@me.com) or review the route map and signup sheet posted on our website under the Bullitt-N Board section.
Also, now posted on the website Bullitt-N Board is the flyer for the Steamboat Springs Mustang Stampede Show that Michael is coordinating for August 19-20 .

New Business
Art Apple brought up a potential Club activity for Friday, June 24th offered by the Rocky Mountain Thunderbird Club. They are inviting other car clubs to meet them at the Looking Good Restaurant at 1st and Sheridan at 9am to drive up to the Clive Cussler Auto Museum in Arvada. More info on this can be provided by Art.
Chuck Warren has invited all Club members to his annual Independence Day Cookout at his house on Green Mountain. This year it will be on Sunday, July 3rd starting at 6pm. The view of the area fireworks is spectacular from Chuck’s deck and should not be missed.
The next FRMC Monthly Club Meetings will be held at 7pm on Friday, May 13th and June 10th at Landmark Lincoln , 5000 S Broadway in Englewood.

Treasurer's Report
The Club had $1,095.54 in the checking account with Vectra Bank as of the meeting date. The $30.00 FRMC dues for 2022 can be sent to Tom Ferguson at 525 Fox Hunt Circle, Highlands Ranch 80126. Please make the dues checks out to FRMC rather than Tom.
